Very good cakes and bread
Delicious Ecuadorian bread and tasty pastries. The encebollado is a delight, and the bolón de verde and the bollos are simply divine.

Whenever I feel homesick & am yearning for authentic Ecua vibes, I will always come here. From their Umitas to their Bolóns, to their COFFEE!! THEY USE SÍ CAFE!! That's an instant wake up call. But what truly makes this my morning go to is that no matter how busy it gets in the morning, I am serviced with a personal smile but in a timely fashion. My kids live for their Merengues.
Saw this new bakery and gave it a try. Upon entering is very clean. They have a wide variety of pastries. I did not try the pastries. There is too much product out and I did not think it would be fresh.. however I did try their bread, which appears they make in house daily. It was fresh different, and tatsty..
